Welcome to the Sports Ministry of the Take Aim variety!
We are a bunch of guys (girls joining soon) who love Jesus and want to have fun playing sports on Sunday afternoons (when most people are snoozing).  The Ministry part is about being the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need.

Currently we are playing Football, but soon will be playing basketball, and softball is slated for the Spring.  Each week about 20-30 of us get together for fellowship, encouragement, and fun.  For more information, regular updates and pictures, click HERE.

Ministry Foundation
“So I do not run like someone who doesn't run toward the finish line. I do not fight like a boxer who hits nothing but air. No, I train my body and bring it under control. Then after I have preached to others, I myself will not break the rules and fail to win the prize." 1 Cor 9:26-27

General Rules
1.     You play at your own RISK! This is not an organized sporting event. We just want to         get together and have some fun. All rules including game rules and general rules are         subject to change.
2.     No profanity!
3.     Treat everyone with respect.
4.     Fun first, competition second.

Ministry
Currently, we are considering several options for the ministry aspects of Take Aim:  Our tentative plan right now is to take one week off from the sports each month to minister to those in need, whether it be at a homeless shelter, half-way house, or simply sharing Jesus on the street.  Suggestions are welcome, simply email them to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
