Awana Clubs Are Back!
Registration is now open for the 2026–2027 Awana Club year at Lascassas Baptist Church! Awana is a fun, Christ-centered program that helps children learn and hide God's Word in their hearts through Bible memorization, games, and engaging lessons.
Clubs are available for:
Cubbies – Ages 3 through Pre-K
Sparks – Kindergarten through 2nd Grade
T&T – 3rd through 5th Grade
Registration Dates:
August 5 at the Church Picnic
August 12 at Lascassas Baptist Church
Kickoff Night: Wednesday, August 19, 2026
Club dues are $12, and uniforms are $15.

Come BEE a Part of Kids Choir!
Children entering 1st–5th Grade are invited to join us as we begin rehearsals for our exciting Christmas musical: The Christmas County Spelling Bee
This fun-filled musical is packed with memorable songs, laughter, and the true message of Christmas. Throughout the fall, children will learn music, grow in their faith, build friendships, and prepare to share the Gospel through this special Christmas presentation.

WHAT IS LCM?
We are a ministry that is devoted to coming alongside families to reach the hearts of children for the gospel.
WHO IS LCM FOR?
LCM is for children birth - 5th grade.
WHEN AND WHERE DOES LCM MEET?
Sunday morning Jr Kidz (3 yrs-5 yrs) and Kidz Church (K- 2nd grade) 9:30-10:30
Sunday morning Bible Study (birth - 5th grade) 10:30-11:00am
KidzChoir (1st grade - 5th grade) 6:00-7:00pm
Wednesday Evening - AWANA (3 yrs - 5th grade) 6:00-7:00
WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER BEING INVOLVED IN LCM?
If you are looking to experience the excitement of children's ministry, then look no further than LCM! When you say "YES" to LCM, you are saying "YES" to singing, dancing, showing God's love, silly faces, sticky hands, kids excited about Jesus, SMILES, snack time, partnering with parents, HUGS, tears and laughter, and showing them God's family.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH THIS MINISTRY... WHAT WOULD BE MY FIRST STEP TO GET INVOLVED?
Now that you have said "YES" to LCM -what's next? Our suggestion is to first pray about which area of LCM best suits you and your interest. Sunday morning nursery is a great way to love on our youngest members. If you like to play games and teach the Bible in a fun way, then Jr Kidz and Kidz Church is for you. If you are looking for a opportunity to share the Gospel with children AWANA is a great place to start.
WHAT IS THE MISSION OF THIS MINISTRY?
The mission of LCM is to walk alongside you raise your children to "Love God, your God, with your whole heart: love him with all that's in you, love him with all you've got!" Deuteronomy 6.
